The crisp acidity, mouthfuls of fruit and bone dry finish that make Rieslings especially delectable are a natural foil for the exotic and spicy flavors of Asian cuisine. So join FunWithWine as we pair a hand picked selection of the finest Rieslings around with some of the best oriental cuisine in town! We'll start the evening with a fantastic sparkling Rose, which will be declared one of FunWithWine's select Great Wine Picks. The main focus of the event will be 4 food courses, each paired with 2 Rieslings, and we will finish with a world class dessert wine, a vintage Trockenbeerenauslese from world reknown producer, Alois Kracher. After October 4th, cancellations are accepted provided a replacement can be found. All cancellations are subject to a $15 handling charge. |
