Many of the best Sommelier's aroud the city cite Riesling as their favorite white wine. The crisp acidity, mouthfuls of fruit and bone dry finish that make Rieslings especially delectable are a natural foil for the exotic and spicy flavors of Asian cuisine. So join FunWithWine as we pair a hand picked selection of the finest Rieslings around with some of the best oriental cuisine in town!
We'll start the evening with a fantastic sparkling Rose, which will be declared one of FunWithWine's select Great Wine Picks. The main focus of the event will be 4 food courses, each paired with 2 Rieslings, and we will finish with a world class dessert wine, a vintage Trockenbeerenauslese from world reknown producer, Alois Kracher.
